Health & Safety Regulations

When you arrive at any dive center, you will be asked to fill out the medical questionnaire you see bellow to ensure you are fit to dive. 

Please review it carefully to avoid any last minute disappointments. 

If you answer “yes” in some of the questions bellow it does not necessarily mean you can not dive, but that you might need a physician’s approval. 

I you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, please consult with your physician before booking.
